“Conservative” Chief Justice Roberts sides with Left to uphold ObamaCare in 5-4 ruling
This means Congress can do whatever it wants to you.
Chief Justice John Roberts, usually a conservative and a constitutionalist, inexplicably sided with the Left of the court, ruling in a 5-4 decision, that the Individual Mandate in ObamaCare is a tax — even though President Obama argued that it isn’t a tax.
This is really out of Left field for Roberts to have done this.
So this means Congress can pass a law that requires you to stand on your head in the corner and call that a tax.
This means Congress can do just about whatever it wants to you.
