Executive – authority and responsibility of daily administration of state bureaucracy. Enforce law – not make law.
Legislative – two houses of Congress, the Senate and House of Representatives. Most important duty is to make laws.
Judicial – court system with the Supreme court being the highest. Most important function to decide arguments about meaning of laws, how they are applied, and whether they break the rules of the Constitution.
Executive Orders that should give you major cause for concern….
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 – Allows the government to take over all modes of transport and control of highways and seaports.
10995 – Allows the government to seize and control the communications media.
10997 – Allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
10998 – Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
11000 – Allows the government to take mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
11001 – Allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
11002 – designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
11003 – Allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
1004 – Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
11005 – Allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

It would appear that our government has been taken over by the communists and the illegal occupant of the whitehouse since there is no reason for these executive orders. They do seem to mirror Germany in the 30s. last week

The Word For The Day – “Dhimmitude” – What Does It Mean?
Obama used it in the health care bill.
Now isn’t this interesting? It was used in the U.S. Health Care Law.
Every day there’s another revelation of what Obama and his fellow Democrats are doing to our country.
Dhimmitude — I had never heard the word until now. Type it into Google and start reading. Pretty interesting. It’s on page 107 of the U.S.Healthcare Bill. I looked this up on Google and yep, it exists. It is a REAL word.
Word of the Day: Dhimmitude
Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-muslim populations conquered through jihad.Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to Islam.
Obamacare allows the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States . Folks, this is exclusively an Islamic concept under Sharia Law. So exclusive they had to make up an English word to define the concept. Why would our government start interjecting Sharia Law concepts into new broad and sweeping legislation like Health Care that would control the USpopulation? ….Anyone?
Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to be “gambling”, “risk-taking”, and “usury” and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this.
How convenient. So a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of their assets, including real estate, cattle, and evenaccounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because they refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan and all other US Muslims will have no such penalty and will have 100% of their health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance. Non-Muslims paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. This is Sharia Law definition of… Dhimmitude. This is not a Western Civilization concept.
Dhimmit has two purposes: To enrich Muslims AND to drive conversions to Islam. “Sure, I’ll be a muslim if it means free health insurance and no taxes. Where do I sign, bro?”
